2. General Release/Indemnity/Hold Harmless
Customer must take precautions to protect people and property. Customer is responsible for operation, installation, and return of equipment in good order. Lessor is not liable for any injuries or damages while equipment is in customer’s possession. Customer agrees to indemnify Lessor from all claims arising from use, maintenance, or rental of the equipment, including those involving Lessor’s negligence. Lessor is not responsible for food items supplied as a courtesy.

3. Equipment, Rent, Payment, and Term
Customer rents equipment as described. Rental fee is payable in advance for the rental period stated. All obligations run from delivery to pickup. No refunds for weather-related non-use.

4. Receipt/Inspection
Customer hires equipment “as is” and must inspect and ensure it is suitable before use.

5. Possession/Title
Customer’s possession starts upon delivery and ends at pickup. Retention beyond the rental period breaches the agreement. Customer is liable for full replacement value if equipment is not returned.

6. Equipment Problems
Customer must cease use and contact Lessor immediately if equipment malfunctions.

7. Specific Rules for Bounce House

  • Follow all safety instructions.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • No alcohol, drugs, or persons with injuries.
  • No “Silly String” near the bounce house.
  • Remove sharp objects before entry.
  • No rough play or climbing on the exterior.
  • Exit during high winds or rain.
  • No food or drinks inside.

8. Limited Warranty
Lessor ensures equipment is in good working order upon delivery. Lessor’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement. Lessor is not liable for any losses or injuries.

9. Legal Fees
The prevailing party in any enforcement action is entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs.

10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement. Any prior agreements are void. Receipt of equipment in good order is acknowledged by Customer.
